Yes. Eligible UK orders are fulfilled from UK warehouses to eligible UK addresses. Northern Ireland, remote UK islands and other areas classified as remote by our fulfilment partners or carriers are excluded. We do not offer surcharge-based delivery to excluded areas. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether your address is served.

Processing normally takes 1–3 business days, separate from transit after dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding relevant public holidays.

For eligible UK addresses, standard transit after dispatch is estimated at 3–8 business days. Including processing, estimated delivery is 4–11 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Standard shipping is free to eligible UK addresses. If express shipping is available for your order, its additional charge and delivery estimate are shown before payment. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by product availability, carrier conditions, public holidays or address issues.

Eligible UK orders are fulfilled from UK warehouses for delivery within our supported UK service area. We do not currently offer cross-border delivery to other countries through this shipping offer.

For most UK online purchases, you may cancel without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. After notice, return them within 14 days. Legal exceptions and the full Refund Policy apply.

You pay the direct return cost for change-of-mind cancellations where properly disclosed before purchase. Reasonable inspection is allowed; opening packaging does not automatically remove your rights. Handling beyond necessary inspection may lead to a lawful deduction for diminished value.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods have separate rights. We cover necessary return costs where legally responsible. A valid statutory cancellation does not require discretionary approval from us or our supplier.

Email customersupport@sroyas.com with your order number and request. Contact us before sending goods back for the correct return address and instructions. Do not assume that the parcel address or our business correspondence address accepts returns.

A valid UK statutory cancellation notice does not require an account login, a reason or discretionary approval. You may notify us by a clear email statement, our contact form or the correspondence address in the Refund Policy. Requesting return instructions does not remove your statutory rights.
