Welcome to SROYAS HOME. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to SROYAS LLC. We operate this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you with an online shopping experience. Our store is powered by Shopify.

By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and any other policies posted on our website. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.

Section 1 - Access and Account

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you are using the services with permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.

To make a purchase, you may need to provide your email address, billing information, payment details, shipping address, and other information needed to process your order. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts may not be transferred or assigned to another person without our permission.

Section 2 - Products and Availability

We try to display product images, descriptions, colors, dimensions, materials, and other information as accurately as possible. However, product appearance may vary depending on your screen, device, lighting, manufacturing variations, or supplier updates. We do not guarantee that images or descriptions will exactly match every product received.

Products, prices, promotions, availability, and descriptions are subject to change without notice. We may discontinue products, limit quantities, or restrict sales at any time.

Section 3 - Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only after payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation is sent. We may cancel, refuse, or modify any order where allowed by law, including due to product availability, pricing errors, payment verification failure, address issues, suspected fraud, or other operational reasons.

Purchases are intended for personal use unless we expressly agree otherwise. You may not use our products or services for unlawful resale, fraudulent activity, or unauthorized commercial distribution.

Section 4 - Pricing, Taxes, Shipping Charges, and Billing

Prices and the final order total are shown before you complete your purchase. Prices may change for future orders, but an accepted order is charged at the price agreed when it was placed, subject to correction of obvious errors only where permitted by law. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

UK prices include applicable VAT. For US orders, applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated and shown at checkout. Standard shipping is free to eligible US and UK addresses. Express shipping may cost extra if available; its additional charge and estimated delivery time are shown before payment.

Our current fulfilment offer uses domestic US-to-US and UK-to-UK warehouse routes and does not offer cross-border delivery. Shipping coverage, exclusions, optional charges and any legally permitted address-error or agreed redelivery costs are explained in our Shipping Policy. Nothing in these Terms permits undisclosed mandatory charges or limits your statutory rights.

Section 5 - Shipping and Delivery

We fulfil eligible orders through SROYAS HOME or trusted fulfilment partners. US orders ship from US warehouses to eligible US addresses, and UK orders ship from UK warehouses to eligible UK addresses. Items in the same order may ship separately.

Alaska, Hawaii and US territories are excluded. Northern Ireland, remote UK islands and other UK areas classified as remote by our fulfilment partners or carriers are also excluded. We do not offer surcharge-based delivery to excluded areas. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether your address is served. If an order cannot be fulfilled to the supplied address, we will notify you and cancel and refund the unfulfillable items in accordance with applicable law.

Processing and estimated transit

Processing normally takes 1–3 business days, separate from transit after dispatch. Standard transit is estimated at 5–8 business days for eligible US addresses and 3–8 business days for eligible UK addresses. Estimated totals including processing are 6–11 business days for the US and 4–11 business days for the UK. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding relevant public holidays. Optional express estimates, where available, are shown before payment.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Product availability, carrier conditions, weather, public holidays and address issues may affect delivery. A delay does not remove our responsibilities under the sales contract or applicable consumer law. Where required, we will explain a revised shipment estimate, obtain any necessary agreement to a delay, or provide cancellation and refund options. Your legal remedies for late or undelivered goods remain unaffected.

Section 6 - Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy explains eligibility, legal exceptions, return instructions, postage responsibility and refunds. The following summary distinguishes US and UK purchases. Nothing here excludes or limits rights provided by applicable consumer law.

Requests to stop fulfilment

You may request cancellation or removal of items within 24 hours after placing an order. We will try to stop fulfilment where processing or dispatch has not begun, but cannot guarantee that a shipment can be stopped. This operational request window does not restrict UK statutory cancellation rights or other cancellation and refund rights required by law.

United States

We accept eligible claims for goods that are damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described. We do not offer voluntary returns, refunds or exchanges simply because you dislike an item, no longer want it, or selected the wrong size, colour, style or quantity when we supplied the item ordered. This restriction applies only where permitted by law.

United Kingdom

For most online goods purchases, you may cancel without giving a reason by notifying us before the statutory cancellation period expires, normally 14 days after the day you receive the goods. After notifying us, send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice. Special rules for separately delivered goods, legal exceptions and any legally extended cancellation period are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

You pay the direct cost of a change-of-mind return where we properly disclosed that responsibility before purchase. Where required for bulky goods that cannot normally be returned by post, we will disclose the return cost or a reasonable estimate before purchase; if legally required cost information was not provided, we bear the applicable costs. Reasonable inspection is allowed. Opening packaging does not automatically remove your cancellation right, and any deduction for handling beyond necessary inspection must reflect a lawful reduction in value, not an automatic restocking fee.

For eligible statutory cancellations, we reimburse amounts due without undue delay and normally within 14 days after being informed of cancellation. Unless we have offered to collect the goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive them or you provide evidence of return, whichever occurs first. For cancellation of an entire order, this includes any standard outbound delivery charge paid, but not the extra amount paid for express delivery above standard delivery. Lawful diminished-value deductions may apply. Faulty-goods rights are separate from change-of-mind cancellation.

Return instructions and faulty goods

Contact us before sending goods back so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. Do not assume the address on your delivery parcel or our business correspondence address accepts product returns. A valid UK statutory cancellation notice does not require an account login, a reason or discretionary approval from us or our supplier. Our return-instruction process does not remove statutory rights.

Where we are responsible for a damaged, defective, incorrect or misdescribed item, we arrange or cover reasonable necessary return shipping as required by law. A supplier's approval process does not determine your legal entitlement. We do not offer a general direct-exchange programme, and you do not have to accept store credit or an exchange instead of a refund legally due to you. Section 7 - Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, videos, graphics, layout, design, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by SROYAS LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the website for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or exploit any website content without written permission.

Section 8 - Optional Tools and Third-Party Services

Our services may include tools, apps, links, payment methods, social features, advertising services, or other services provided by third parties. These third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, content, availability, accuracy, security, or performance.

Section 9 - Relationship with Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the platform used to operate our online store. Purchases are transactions between you and SROYAS LLC. Shopify may process certain data to support website functionality, payments, checkout, security, and platform services as described in Shopify's own policies.

Section 10 - Privacy

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as described in that policy.

Section 11 - User Content, Feedback, and Reviews

If you submit reviews, photos, videos, feedback, suggestions, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights. You grant SROYAS LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, display, modify, and publish that content for business, marketing, support, and website purposes, where permitted by law.

You may not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or harmful content.

Section 12 - Errors, Inaccuracies, and Updates

Our website may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, images, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping information, or other content. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time, including after an order has been placed, where permitted by law.

Section 13 - Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, harassment, infringement, malicious software, data scraping, unauthorized data collection, interference with website security, false information, or any activity that violates these Terms or applicable law. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations.

Section 14 - Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website, services, and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components.

Section 15 - Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SROYAS LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages arising from your use of our website, services, or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

Section 16 - Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SROYAS LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and partners from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the services, unlawful conduct, or violation of third-party rights.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Section 18 - Entire Agreement

These Terms and any policies posted on our website constitute the entire agreement between you and SROYAS LLC regarding your use of our website, services, and purchases.

Section 19 - Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Section 20 - Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
