Return Eligibility Period You may request a return or refund within 14 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email our support team at customersupport@sroyas.com with your order number and reason for the request.
  2. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days.
  3. If a return is approved, we'll send return instructions via email. Please do not send items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: return shipping is free.
  • Change of mind or other reasons: return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Hygiene-sensitive or personal care products
  • Food or consumable products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Free promotional items
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after the request has been reviewed and approved.
  • If a return is required, the item must be received and inspected before the refund is processed.
  • Items returned in damaged, used, or incomplete condition may receive a partial refund or be rejected.
  • Orders marked as delivered but not received must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Refund Timeline Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Important Notice

  • Do not return items without contacting us first.
  • Returned items must be securely packaged — damage during return shipping may affect refund eligibility.
  • SROYAS is not responsible for items returned to an incorrect address.
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or excessive return requests.
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer are outside our control.
  • Customers outside the United States may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
  • This policy applies only to purchases made directly from www.sroyas.com.
