At SROYAS, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and transparently. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


Shipping Cost

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders to the United States.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during high-demand periods, holidays, or promotional events. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, but occasional delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. For the most accurate updates, please refer to your tracking link.


How We Fulfill Orders

Our orders are fulfilled through global fulfillment partners and delivered by domestic carriers for the final stage of delivery. Because of this, tracking updates may not appear at every step of the process. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Orders may ship from multiple warehouses depending on product availability, which means items in the same order may arrive separately.


Shipping Address Requirements

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Please note:

  • Some products require a physical address and cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes
  • Large items may require signature confirmation upon delivery
  • We currently do not ship to military bases or restricted-access locations

SROYAS is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, or tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive the package, please contact us within 30 days of the order date so we can investigate.
