Order Processing and Handling Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. This is the handling time before the order is dispatched and is separate from the shipping transit time below.

Processing may take longer during holidays, high-demand periods, payment review, address verification, or unexpected fulfillment delays.

Fulfillment and Multiple Shipments

Orders may be fulfilled by SROYAS or trusted fulfillment partners. Items in the same order may ship separately depending on product availability and warehouse location.

Shipping Address Requirements

Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Some products require a physical address and may not be deliverable to P.O. boxes, package lockers, freight forwarders, or restricted addresses.
