We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and proof of purchase. To start a return, contact support@sroyas.com. Returns without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Wrong Items:
Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are defects, damages, or mistakes.
Non-returnable Items:
Perishable goods, custom/personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges:
Return your item first, then place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
