1. What products does SROYAS offer?
SROYAS offers a curated selection of Pet Care, Home Essentials, and Lifestyle products. Our catalog is updated regularly based on availability and trending items.
2. Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. We plan to expand to additional countries in the future — subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.
3. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery within the United States is 5–15 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Shopify Payments.

We offer a 14-day return policy on eligible items. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Return shipping is free for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. 10. Will all my items arrive together?
Not always. If you order multiple items, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive separately. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
