Processing normally takes 1–3 business days, separate from transit after dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding relevant public holidays.

For eligible US addresses, standard transit after dispatch is estimated at 5–8 business days. Including processing, estimated delivery is 6–11 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

For US orders, we accept eligible claims for damaged, defective, incorrect or not-as-described goods. We do not offer voluntary returns, refunds or exchanges simply because you dislike an item, change your mind or selected the wrong size, colour, style or quantity when we supplied the item ordered, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
